Great communication on what we needed to provide. Always got back to us quickly if we had a question.
Barry took the time to explain every aspect of the process.
Barry really lacked on the communication. We would go weeks in between emails and would never hear back from him. We tried to get him to refinance our second property but ended up going with another lender because he didn't get back to us
Barry is awesome and very easy to work with. The only hiccup we had was with the title company scheduling us at a different location then the address they sent to us. That was no fault of FSB or Barry. A+
