I hadn't purchased a home in many years and consequently had numerous questions throughout the process. Barbara and Erica did an excellent job answering them quickly and courteously. Would happily work with them again.

Never got any response for my request, just an automated email. Even sent email reminder. I do not know if zillow sends alerts or it failed to reach to Barbara
