Tyler and Austin were great! Tyler did most of the "face to faced" interactions but Austin kept the documents all processed and up to date in our file which was LOVELY
Austin was always available to answer any questions we had and made the process of refinancing very smooth.

The issues we had were not with Lower Mortgage, there was a lot of trouble getting the wire transfer correctly processed for the closing.
