Communication was a key factor, when necessary I was able to get the answers I needed.
The process took longer than expected but in the end, we got a better rate with less money out of pocket at closing than other lenders were offering. We are now in our home and loving it.
Your team (especially Cara) made this loooong process so much more tolerable for us. She was understanding, helpful, cheerleader and talked me off the ledge many times.
