The entire team was amazing always available for questions if I sent an email got a response in minutes overall just amazing would suggest to anyone looking to refinance.
We felt like the paperwork requests and verification on paid off loans and paid off accounts was over the top. Maybe it is just how loans are, but it seemed like a lot for a fairly small loan.
