Very smooth transaction and great communication. We didn't start to feel "lost" in the process up until the very end right before settlement.

Arnold's communication was excellent. He always responded quickly and the transaction was super smooth and easy. Thank you.
Arnold was a stud. Knowledgeable, easy to work with, easy to communicate with.
Buying a home is stressful to say the least, but Arnold made the process significantly easier. Highly recommend.

Arnold was always there to answer questions and made sure i was able to meet the closing. He was very upfront in his communication and clearly explained all the details related to the loan

The only feedback I have is related to the 3rd party appraiser, she was not responsive and delayed the whole process.
