The communication was great and he did everything in a timely manner.

Arnold wasn't great on communication. Deann Parker was great and kept me up on the status of the refinance. I have refinanced with Planet Home lending previously twice, using Todd Henley, he was amazing.
overall good experience, answered questions and helped when needed.
Communication is lacking I called everyone working on our loan each said they did not know why something took so long or did not follow through.
Arnold took a situation when Planet overlooked adding in my city and county taxes in the previous refi and made the adjustment so that I would not have to pay at close. He also told me that my insurance agent had me paying too much. Great job...
