COMMUNICATION level. Arnold was great!
He always answered all my questions and stayed in communication with me the whole time thru the process

Arnold responded to my inquiries within a reasonable amount of time. He made the process quick and simple.
The service was great, all my questions were answered in a timely manner.
Process took a long time but Arnold was in contact giving me regular updates to that made it easy.
There were some complications on closing on time, which was no fault to Arnold. The loan processor is another story. Seemed like she didn't have her stuff organized.
