My loan officer told several untruths to me to get me to sign the papers , then stopped communicating with me halfway through the process . Communication about the ending process and how the funds would be dispersed, my email was not answered...

Communication was terrible with Arias. In the beginning we spoke a few times, then as the process progressed, Arias would not not respond to my e-mail or voicemail messages. It was only when I notified customer serice about the lack of communication...
