Better communication between everybody. And some better explanation on things when people ask questions. Especially first time home buyers who has never went through the process before.

I loved how quick and easy everything was! Home buying is very new to me and my husband and Andy made it very easy and helped us every step of the way! He made sure to put our needs first and worked with us on what we needed!
