It was a good experience. Short timeline for loan and was able to get customer down payment assistance. Great overall experience.

It seemed like everything was easier than I expected. Anything I was asked to complete was fairly simple after it was explained to me

I wish the wire transfer process for closing had gone better. It ended up being very stressful. This is partially due to my bank, but I think a lot of it could have been avoided if I had been made aware of how the process worked in advance....
