Even when I got upset about things Andrew would talk me through everything so I would understand and never took it personally when I got cranky with the process. It took a long time and he never gave up on us.

The communication and email correspondence was as good as it gets. Andrew is very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process a great experience!

Rates were all over the place during the time I was shopping for a loan. Andrew was able to help me make sense of the current and future rates New American was able to offer and how those compare to other companies. He was always available...
