I think Amy is completely transparent and very easy and open to communicate with. She is also very knowledgeable which made it a comfort. On the other hand I feel like Diana was not as transparent at times and really didn't communicate as well....

Amy wasn’t the issue it was my loan processing that was the problem. I almost gave up several times through the process because lack of communication and providing documentation several times to several different people. Amy was great though....
