Allan is awesome! Wonderful experience both times we have used him.
Allan was great to work with. I can't believe we did everything electronically and on the phone but we did. Overall it was a breeze. The BoLR web portal was easy to use and they have built-in reminders to help keep things on track.

Allan communicated well throughout the loan process and explained everything very well when I got frustrated with all the requests. I have had many loans in my life and that was by far the most painful with the paperwork.
