Very communicative and answered all my questions promptly
Alex promptly answered all of my questions and was very easy to work with. I preferred working via text and e-mail and Alex accomodated that with no issues.
Alex and the team were outstanding from the very first conversation. They made the process easy to understand and communicated clearly through each step of the process
Alex was great, the coordination with the title company was terrible. They repeatedly asked for documents that I had already submitted to Alex, making the delays that much more.
