They seemed to have issues with the title company and paperwork. I ended up having to sign paperwork 3 times because they kept not sending all the paperwork to the notary. caused me a lot of stress
Someone telling us the whole truth and not just sales fluff to get a refi. Also, being there when we had issues would have made the experience so much better
