I have been unhappy with experiences trying to borrow money. In Alex's case, I felt I was treated correctly as someone with a 815 credit score should be.
Alex is awesome to work with, he's professional, knowlegable and gets things done! He provides the best scenario and takes care of all the hard work.
Working with Alex was great. The over all problem I had was it seemed like the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. If it was not for Alex I'm not sure how the hole thing would have turned out. There is really a need for improvement...

Your people. The part that was bad, was because i am not a techy and trying to jump all the hoops was harder then we thought. Thanks to your people they were patient and understanding of our situation!
