Alex was always quick to respond and and on top of all the details...especially near the closing date when it really mattered.

Communication lacked greatly at the end of the transaction. Ended up having to delay closing day if because we could not get a response back. Title company complained of the same issue.

Better communication as the transaction was progressing through financing from all parties involved in that end of it. With some of it being handled by an office out in California, the timing was not good on some aspects due to the time difference....
