The process was fairly painless. The loan processor, Lauren Rooney, who worked with Aleksandar was also extremely helpful. I truly appreciate their facilitating this process.

It was fine except for one person
Aleks answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He walked me through the whole process of my refinance and made it so easy!
Very lengthy process! Took 4 months for a home equity loan. I had to send some documents twice.
Many errors occurred when working with Spring EQ. We were still able to get home equity loan down in > 45 days.
The time and effort that was put in to getting everything to run smoothly from the time we started working with Alex to the time we closed.
