Great demeanor and responsiveness.
Andre Harris and Alan Gordon were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the refinance process. We got all of our questions answered and came out of the closing with a great rate on our refi!
Alan was quick throughout the whole transaction and efficient to gets things done. When other people were slacking, he made it so that our transaction was completed properly and protected us the whole way!
Alan did weekly check ups to inform me on where we were in the process which was very appreciated.

Alan and his team worked incredibly hard to make our loan happen during the national shutdown. It was incredibly stressful times, but Alan stayed in contact and kept us updated on the progress. We couldn't be happier with our results.
Communication definitely could’ve been a lot better. I felt like we were asked for things last minute when we easily could’ve gathered the information earlier if we had known.
Alan made our refinance easy. He sent a video with detailed info, and answered any questions we had during the process with clear explanations.
