You made it easy for us working from out of State which was a plus. We only wish we would have been alerted in advance that we could have pushed out the first payment before closing.

Killer communication from start to finish...pushing closing had a domino effect on my client (Seller) in that it shrank his move time by shrinking the post occupancy so it's been a mad dash for him at the end.
What stood out most was Alan's communication. He is quick to respond and kept us updated at every stage and was always available when we needed clarification. He went above and beyond to make sure we closed on time, as we were from out of state....
