The experice was actually just fine. overall smooth deal but lack of communiction between lending team/ updates regarding the transaction. Updates were always provided promothly when requested. but there was no in between. I overall relied...

Not proactive with communication internally and externally , leading up to closing . Would have liked some clarification of dates, times and next steps throughout the final week of the process
