The processing time took longer than I anticipated. Additionally, the documentation requirements felt more extensive than necessary given my debt‑to‑income ratio and the amount I’m borrowing compared to the value of my home.
Al Bennett was very professional and responsive and put together multiple options for us to choose from. Always available to answer questions and very patient with us. Good experience.
The application process was fast and easy and Al provided helpful advice. However, I'm a little skeptical now that my loan was sold before it was even funded. I hope my experience continues to be a positive one.
