It went smooth without any setbacks

Adrian was very responsive and explained things well. If I had any questions or issues he handled it. I found him to be very trustworthy.

My problem was not with Adrian as much as it was the support team. The people who asked for and supposed to track documents I received. One person sent emails to a worldwide email list asking for my VOE and attached the authorization I had...

Adrian was very informative, communicative and patient with our many questions. Overall timeline was much faster than we first thought it would be.

Professional, direct information. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. No misinformation and incentives for staying with same mortgage company.

Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Provided incentives we didn't even ask for. Sometimes it is good to stay with a current company instead of changing.
