Adrian was great, from the very first inquiry call to the days of closing, he answered any and all questions throughout the process . Always got back to me quickly, was honest and trustworthy. Very professional and very good guy.

From start to finish was great good communication and step by step process knowing what to expect and along the way

Overall the process over the phone wasn't as hard as we expected.

Efficiency

I don't think you could do anything about it. The process was very similar to buying my home the first time. Lots of paperwork. Lots of info needed that you guy should've already had. This was a re-finance. I have a friend that used a competitor....
