Underwriting needs a better understanding of crypto sales and transferring proceeds to a standard deposit account at a bank. Thats was a fairly large issue trying to get into closing

We did close in 33 days, which is great. Adam did stay in touch as he said he would, he did send me a message on line and a phone call as well
