Better communication and more responsiveness. Improved accuracy of generated disclosures would also have been beneficial.

We where always kept informed as to where we stood in the process. The whole process was handled seamlessly. The staff was professional and a pleasure to work with. I think they work under the KISS principal!!

Way too slow!! Took at least 3 months for a refi! This seems to be unusual nowadays and I was not particularly happy with the way we were kept updated as to the progress.
