Very professional and kind. We really felt like everyone we interacted with cared about our family and what was best for us.
We had a heat smooth easy time at closing. Everyone was pleasant.
The only complaint was with the appraiser but that’s not fault of First Bank. The apprasier checked as is but then put different items to be fixed in multiple reports.
