Zain was an awesome person to work with. He extremely helpful and a very curtios.

Lack of communication through the whole process. We were left in the dark the entire time until I finally had enough after things dragging out so long. We called and found at that “the appraiser” wanted the ceiling fixed but the appraiser explained...

Zane was able to help accommodate my schedule helped out in getting the first steps started in getting my utilities turned on and overall good advice on all house related matters. Plus he answered all my questions in a Timely or Fast matter...

Zaine let me know exactly what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. He worked hard at helping me get a grant. He answered any texts and questions timely. He didn't provide TOO much information (which is anxiety trigger for me) or overwhelm...

If communication would have been better, and don't make promises you aren't sure of and can't keep and give false hope

Everything went smooth. Zaine was in constant contact with me letting me know where we were. 10/10 experience.
