Just the right level of communication.
Zack is a good man;
a straight shooter
I was not in state when papers needed to be signed. Having someone come to where I was made the process very easy.
Zack was very responsive to our needs throughout the refinance process. We got a great interest rate, low fees, and couldn’t have been happier with the timeframe of closing our mortgage.
The process was simple and straightforward. Even when I ran into a snag they were able to help me through everything in a timely manner.

I attended the University of Oregon where I met my beautiful wife, Melanie. My wife was born and raised in Hawaii. It is a privilege for us to stay with family and visit with friends twice a year. Together we have two amazing daughters, Leina'ala (9) and Zoe (7). They light up our lives and we make it a point to have lots of family time close to home. We live and work in Lake Oswego, so it's important for us to support the schools and local businesses.
