Availability. Zach, was always proactive & ready to make PPWK easy as I am not comfortable using my computer & getting into unfamiliar programs. Zach is very professional & has great communication skills.

I would’ve liked things to have moved faster with Triad. Also they did a desktop appraisal, which didn’t appraise so my client had to pay for an actual appraisal which went great. We lost time on the transaction due to this.
