We didn't know until a few days before closing that buyers still needed to get docs to you. Closing was delayed. Most of the communication was good.

Everything went as smooth s they could have and on top of that , no matter what the question was we had they always had an answer.

Working with Zach at Guild Mortgage on the buyer or seller side is always top notch. Especially the communication. This previous transaction being on the seller side, they made it one of the easiest transactions.
