Timely communication and knowledge. He saved us time on one property by explaining policies pertaining to title. Saved our buyer quite a bit of time.
Kelham made himself available all the time and went over and above to help us out. Hopefully we won’t need to move again but if I did I would certainly know who to work with.
Kelham kept in regular contact, helped with clearing up misunderstandings and filled in gaps in my knowledge regarding the process, he was very good at providing documents in a timely manner. Very good experience.
