    The service great during each step of the process on what was needed, and getting updated after each level was complete to move to the next step. She was very friendly which made the process less stressful as possible.

    I was disappointed in having to resend documents which comes across as disorganization. But overall everyone was pleasant to work with, and I really appreciated the communication and willingness to assist with my questions.
