Ok is good enough. nothing was earth shattering to make me select great. the process was smooth and everyone did their job. that's good not exceptional in my opinion.
At the beginning of the loan process I felt confident with the services but when I was transfer to the loan processor the confident was lost. Too many inconsistencies to finalize the process. Sorry but this was my feeling
