The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Helped me set up the best account type for my needs.
The banker was pleasant and efficient; I would rate her great. The process of setting up a CD in my trust, however, took a long time. It seems to me the process could be streamlined.
Basic experience is good, but the total time it takes to get the account up and running is quite long. I also did not have my account number and so could not set up my online account. Someone from CIBM did reach out and proactively share it...

Great. Worth it
I was able to be approved for an account in person but I was rejected online. Those two methods shouldn't be different.
I was greeted by when I entered the premises and treated very kindly throughout the process.
