Better communication during the home buying process. It was very difficult to get into touch with my lender for the questions that I had. Also did not return my calls.
Wendy is very knowledgeable and communicated effectively throughout the entire process.

It’s not Wendy’s fault but I wish that I could’ve received help with my husband’s disability from the other grant but there were so many hoops to jump through that unfortunately due to that and time being placed on the work prior to closing...
