Excellent service from Wendy Flynn and the underwriter Laci Selters - beyond impressed with them both.
Seems like we were put on the back burner for this loan by the underwriting team. If it wasn't for Wendy pushing on our behalf not sure when this would have been closed on time.
Wendy had very good response.
1) Reserve amounts for home insurance are based on the purchase COE date, not the insurance quote date. Everyone knows that except for the lender? 2) Too many support individuals don't talk to each other, which creates miscommunication, unnecessary...
