Great Communication and Wayne is very accessible.
Very little communication, never spoke with during the transaction. Was trying to see why I hadn't been contacted by appraiser after 3 weeks, told buyers agent I couldn't get in contact and then started receiving emails.
Wayne kept all parties up to date with the status of the loan and communicated well through the whole process and kept everyone informed and at peace!

Now serving his community, Wayne brings his extensive background and drive to help clients make one of the most important purchases of their lives, buying a home.
With family roots in Jamaica and growing up in England, Wayne later attended Clayton State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Outside of work, Wayne serves on the Board for Metro Atlanta Youth for Christ, coaches Youth Soccer, enjoys reading, and is an avid sports fan.
