Good costumer service
Buying house is no joke. But since the beginning Vincent was very sharp. And answered all of our questions with detail and patience. I will definitely recommend him.
Excellent Communication and super reliable. All the question were answer in a timely matter. Even on a Sunday he answer his emails!!!! Love to work with Vincent it did our transaction really smooth!!!

Was told i had to pay an amount out of pocket and ended up being more at the end
Little communication, no detailed explanation of numbers, not enough time to see and study payment details and we were only given 30 minutes before a transaction as important as a closure, not enough explanation of state aid
