Told us exactly what was needed to close as they found out fro munderwriting. We had a lot of preemptive work also done per Vincent and it definitely helped the process move much smoother.

Vinny answered all of my questions even if I contacted him on the weekend. I had some hiccups with my sellers and he walked me through and talked "me off the edge" many times. 10/10 would reccomend.
