Getting a loan is not the most pleasant experience in general. Reducing back and forth by asking for more comprehensive documentation up front would have been preferred by us.

Vince and his team at Guild Mortgage are professional, experienced and great to work with. No mortgage broker is more knowledgeable with different loan products and first time homebuyer programs than Vince.
