Very detailed in the step by step process of purchasing a home. Gave clear instructions and also let us know as soon as documents were available to sign, read, or inform.

The team just need to place more attention to detail. Appraiser was not provided the correct contact information neither did he know the correct way to request access to the home. Making us rush to provide access. Other than that I would love...
