Keeping me up to date thru emails and videos, very helpful in keeping everything on track.
Even through a bit of adversity on my part, Vickie quickly adjusted to my needs and was able to give me accurate information to any changes that needed to be made and did it in a very timely manner which enabled us to close on time.
I recommend the services of Highlands Residential Mortgage frequently to my clients. And Vickie is the one I ask them to call. Sometimes transactions become challenging. I can rely on Vickie to pivot and navigate my clients forward.
The speed and efficiency was phenomenal! You met our aggressive schedule needs without any problems. The underwriter did appear to be a little misinformed or lacking attention to detail but overall it was a great job.

Overall very informative and helpful for a first time homebuyer like me. My only complaint was that the foundation inspection was scheduled so late that it contributed to closing being delayed, because it failed and stuff had to be fixed.
