Great customer service From the individual representatives. The lag time between them is a bit frustrating get messages from different representatives for same documents

LOAN OFFICER AND PROCESSOR WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE. ONCE LOAN WAS SIGNED FOR, IT WAS UNCLEAR ABOUT THE NEXT STEPS. BUT ALL DID PROCESS EFFECTILY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER.
