The appraisal was unfairly low, about $50,000 below the value appraised by the primary Mortgage lender in 2022.

Better communication and using lay term when asktrying to get answers to my questions. Was difficult because I don’t have a computer and use my tablet so it was hard to get files sent in a timely manner
