    I agreed to pay closing cost...at settlement, agent sent to house, read in settlement papers, settlement fees over $1,000 need to be Bank Certified Check...amt was $1489....all the phone numbers (3 or 4)to contact Silverton during settlement...

    Better communication about next steps and what is expected. Better explanation of the process and explanation of forms that are needing signed.

    I know it was not your fault that the appraisal was screwed up, but I felt like the teams communication was really weird and I dont understand why you wanted so long to order another appraisal.

    Process was excruciatingly long, the appraisal was completely out of synch with reality, repeated requests for documents that had already been provided, a loan materially different than the one originally agreed upon, systems that don't speak...
