    Tyler, he is very helpful. Always answer's his phone or he will call back. With out him, my home purchase experience might be bad. This is my first home and asking lots of questions, he is very patient and answered all my questions.

    Had issues with appraiser that only became known a week before close. The lender should be following up earlier for their diligence purposes as it resulted in pushing our closing date.
