Firstly communication; whenever I had questions I knew I would get an answer within a business day. Also, Tyler was really good at explaining the process and rates that I should expect.
He was great to work with. Straight forward individual and to the point. Always willing to explain options like either additional down, buying down your rate, or taking on PMI.
