    Closing took too long because funding people weren’t available, they left for lunch. Then after waiting for over an hour, finally left and then had to go back to sign something missed. Closing was a pain.

    The process took several months longer than we were told it would take. We started this process in February with Ty and just closed to begin the build at the end of Sept. Pleasant to work with, but a real waste of time that has put us at least...

    Ty is what made it great. Even when there were stupid issues with the credit reporting bureau regarding my score (really, I should have more debt), he took care of us.
